The Ilıca area, which came under Turkish rule with the Saruhanoğulları Principality and has been scene of settlement since ancient times, become an area where various agricultural products, especially cereals legumes, are produced thanks to its fertile land. In study based on cereal legume production in 16th century, conditions wheat, barley, vetch, millet, paddy, chickpea, lentil, cowpea, were determined be grown district, discussed first second half century. It is that wheat most region, followed by chickpea widely legume. Although there increase general, a decrease amounts products such as barley millet. study, main sources cadastral registers, general district also briefly mentioned.
